Grassi Gives Back: Groundwork Lawrence

Groundwork Lawrence, Inc., has been making change happen in Massachusetts through their environmental and open space improvements, fresh food access programs, youth and adult education and employment initiatives, and community programming and events. Their mission, shared throughout the Groundwork USA Network, is to bring about the sustained regeneration, improvement, and management of the physical environment by developing community-based partnerships which empower people, businesses, and organizations to promote environmental, economic, and social well-being.

On Friday, June 26th, Grassi volunteers will assist with farming, weeding, and clean up at the Costello Farm

• Volunteers will be required to complete a waiver
• Location: Sits across from 23 Shawsheen Rd Lawrence MA 01843

• Parking: Carpooling is recommended
• Dress appropriately: Work clothes that can get dirty and sturdy footwear.
• Close toed shoes or work boots are recommended
• This volunteer opportunity is available to Chelmsford office employees only.
