Our extremely popular, annual trip to the Lake District, will be on Saturday 29th March in 2025 for the GRASMERE 5km and 10km Trail Runs.The beautiful 10km Trail run takes in parts of Grasmere Village, Grasmere Water, Rydal Water and passes Rydal caves at its peak. This fabulous course is loved by runners each year with many describing it as one of the most beautiful 10km trail runs in the UK! The 5km is perfect for beginners and takes in a wonderful lap of Grasmere Water.
For those looking for a Multisport challenge, we are also hosting Sprint and Standard Duathlons on the same day.
There will be a Medal, Wild Deer Merchandise (socks, buff, water bottle or coffee mug), snack & a drink for all finishers. The event has LIVE chip-timing, free parking (weather dependent - if it is too wet some competitors will need to pay for public parking) & toilets, and free social media photography.
There’s also the option to buy an event T-Shirt for £10.00 when you sign up.
This event is Canicross friendly and we allow one controlled dog per runner.
