Run Club meets every Monday for non-competitive running to rid ourselves of the excesses of the previous weekend. Some might say we are a drinking group with a running problem!This is how it works!

3 - Pick a course, then run-jog-walk it.
4 - Socialize afterward and celebrate your success with a tasty beverage!
