Our amazing mother, “Ma” to us, “Granny Gwen” to everyone else, passed away peacefully on March 25th, 2025, surrounded by her husband, children, grandchildren, and family.
She left this world at 7:22 PM, but her light and infectious positivity will never fade. Granny Gwen is the kind of soul who lit up every room and made every moment brighter. While we’ll miss her deeply, we know she’s always with us — in every corner of her beloved home and garden, and in the hearts of everyone she touched.
Granny always had a way of bringing joy and laughter, and she had a special way of telling us exactly what we needed to hear.
So, Granny says: “Be here at 2pm, bring a dish if you wish, a blunt if you want, a drink if you think, and a smile worth while.”
She was a true reflection of the warmth and love she gave to this world.
On April 12th, 2025, we invite you to join us in celebrating the life of Granny Gwen at the Granny Garden Party. Come gather in her garden, where her spirit thrives. Whether you were touched by her kindness, shared a laugh with her, or were just blessed to have known her, you’re welcome to join us in this joyful celebration of her life.
As Granny always said:
"Here’s to it and from it and to it again, if you don’t get to it to do it, may you never get to it to do it again."
We hope you’ll come, share a memory, and celebrate the legacy of a woman who truly knew how to live life to the fullest.
