Join us for a Granfalloon celebration packed with a variety of pet-themed activities!
As part of the event, we will be hosting on-site animal adoption event in partnership with the Bloomington Animal Shelter. If you’re looking to add a new companion to your life, this is a great opportunity to meet adoptable animals and learn more about the process.
(Translation: there will be puppies!)
The first 30 guests will receive a free hotdog from the Big Dawg hotdog cart, with complimentary refreshments and hotdog purchases available as well.
Take part in DIY crafts including crafting personalized metal-stamped dog tags, building snuffle mats for enrichment, cat toys creation, and treat jar decorating to take home or donate.
If you are participating in the donation drive for the Animal Shelter, be sure to bring your donations or drop them at the Museum off by the 11th. Browse the full wishlist here:

Parking Information:
Limited complimentary parking is available in front of the museum entrance off Indiana Avenue. Street parking is free on weekdays after 5:00 PM in the neighborhoods surrounding the Museum. Paid parking options include the McCalla Building lot off Indiana Avenue, the Indiana Memorial Union lots, and the Poplars Parking Garage. Metered street parking is also available in the downtown/Sample Gates area, along Kirkwood Avenue, East 6th Street, East 4th Street, North Lincoln Street, North Dunn Street, and South Grant Street.
