Grandpaws Hands + Lineage is a photo story and oral presentation exhibit honoring all of the men, our masculine counterparts in the family. Grand dads, uncles, unks of the community, suns, brothers and nephews. I omit, as all of my family members of masculine energy grand and uncles are now passed into ancestorship. We have not spoken their names nor told their stories after. The male presence in our lives, communities, daily functioning and history are paramonunt. What we have been allowed cause they came forwards, stood fah more, served, tilled an toiled, eloped with sisters of others, daughters were created some even where their faces. 1st born in such!
