Grande Prairie has asked for it for years.
"Why doesn't GP get the kind of events other cities get?"
Good question.
So we decided to do something about it.
Welcome to the first-ever End of Summer Block Party — a full-scale outdoor festival built for people who are tired of driving to Edmonton, Calgary, or Vancouver just to experience something different.
On August 29th, we're turning JP Events Centre into the biggest outdoor party of the summer.
Think:
🍻 Ice-cold drinks
🎵 Live DJs and music all day
🫧 Massive foam blasts
🐂 Mechanical bull riding
🎨 Body paint artists
🌮 Food vendors
☀️ Sunshine, good vibes, and new friends
This isn't a fancy wine festival.
This isn't another parking lot beer garden.
This is the kind of event where your phone ends up with 200 videos you forgot you took.
The kind where you show up for "a couple hours" and somehow it's dark outside.
The kind where your group chat is still talking about it two weeks later.
Summer in Grande Prairie is short.
