Greg McCauley | President, CEO and Founder, Grand Universe
Greg is the President, CEO, and founder of Grand Universe, and is the former CEO of a national medical diagnostic imaging company.

In the early 1970’s, Greg worked for NASA at the Manned Spacecraft Center (now Johnson Space Center) in Houston, Texas. He worked in Mission Planning and Analysis for the lunar missions of Apollo 15, 16 and 17 in engineering support for Mission Control where he held a NASA top secret clearance.

Greg was a member of the Lunar Launch Team for Apollo 17 where he created the maps of the lunar surface the astronauts used as they explored the Moon in the Lunar Rover.

In addition to his duties at Grand Universe, Greg is a professional science communicator as a member of the NASA Museum and Informal Education Alliance and lectures throughout the Midwest on NASA Missions, Astronomy and Space Exploration.

Greg’s interests are the future of human space exploration, discovering new planets around other stars, and the search for life in the universe. His passion is inspiring our youth to pursue exciting and rewarding careers in science and technology through the Grand Universe STEM education partnership with Purdue University.
Arden Johnson | President and CEO, Grand Universe Development Partners, LLC
With over 30 years of leadership experience in real estate and development, Arden is currently leading Grand Universe Development Partners LLC, fostering a passion for STEM education through the Space Science Center. At Grand Universe, the mission is to enlighten and inspire youth which aligns with Arden’s dedication to community growth and expertise in creating impactful spaces. Arden and the Grand Universe team are committed to shaping a future where education and real estate development converge to empower the next generation.

Jeff Hagerman | Chairman, The Hagerman Group

Jeff Hagerman’s fascination with construction started when he was young, touring job sites alongside his father and grandfather. “I loved watching buildings go up, learning their intricacies, and—most importantly—seeing how they benefited people once construction was complete,” says Jeff. Today, as the fourth generation to head up The Hagerman Group, Jeff provides strategic direction while focusing on client relationships and real estate development.

Active in his community, Jeff is passionate about early childhood education, believing that “addressing today’s issues can prevent tomorrow’s problems.” He enjoys spending time with family and traveling the world. “You learn a lot by seeing other cultures,” says Jeff. “You grow personally while gaining perspectives that can also benefit your corporation."

Paul Wolfe | Design Architect, Browning Day

Architecture is an intersection of art and science and the delicate balance between them is a challenge Paul welcomes. His favorite projects are those where good design, nascent technologies, and the current environmental paradigm are merged to create healthier and more dynamic spaces for human habitation. Having lived in Dubai, London, and Cambridge, he brings his global perspective and expertise to every project. At Browning Day, Paul leads the early concept and schematic design phases of projects, working directly with our clients to bring their vision to life.
