Grand Rapids Barbell Bash is an Olympic Weightlifting USAW Sanctioned meet. There will be a 24 athlete cap with 2 sessions. USAW Members may participate with an updated USAW membership (ID presented upon weigh-ins) OR non USAW Members may participate, but will be judged with USAW rules/standards.
Prizes will be given for best female sinclair total and best male sinclair total.
