Grand Ranch Spring Fling: A Property Owner Appreciation & Referral Party

Join us on Sunday, April 13th, for an afternoon of fun as we celebrate our property owners and their referrals with great food, live music, and exciting giveaways. Enjoy food trucks, live entertainment, a cash cube, and the referral program giveaway – fun for the whole family! It’s also a great chance to meet our Builders and connect with fellow property owners.
As part of the celebration, we’re giving back to the community. Guests who bring three canned goods or non-perishable items to support the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry in New Waverly will be entered to win a Rigged & Ready X5 Series Travel Fishing Rod & 2 Reels Combo and a Dr. Fish Loaded Fishing Tackle Bag.
You’ll also have the chance to meet local vendors, artisans, and some of our favorite non-profit organizations, making it an excellent opportunity to explore and connect while enjoying the day.
