Grand Opening The Barbell Collective

Join us for a day dedicated to National Mental Health Awareness as we take a holistic approach to wellness. This community event is our Barbell Collective Grand Opening designed to promote mental, physical, and emotional well-being through a variety of activities and group discussions.

Event Highlights:

• Movement & Mobility with Strength Training & Yoga: A special flow led by Lululemon Ambassador Nicole Warren and Rob Best, former Lululemon Ambassador. This 30-minute class is designed to set the tone for an empowering day of movement, mindfulness, and community connection.

• Sound Bath: Experience deep relaxation and healing through the power of sound.

• Community Connection: Water color painting, creating notes you can give to others. Engage with others in meaningful conversations and create lasting connections.

• Group Discussion: Share experiences and insights in a safe and supportive environment.

Purpose: This event is about more than just wellness—it’s about serving others and fostering a sense of community. Come together with like-minded individuals to explore ways to support mental health through a holistic approach.
