Grand opening of Raewyn's Rampage

On Saturday 23 November we will officially open Raewyn’s Rampage and you are invited. Gather at 11am at the Scotts Road carpark to join Colin and other members of the family and then walk or ride to the beginning of the trail. You can also meet them at the trailhead (by the beginning of New Old Skool).There will be a few words spoken at the trailhead and then you’ll be invited to walk or ride a few laps of the 1.1 km trail. We’ll wrap it up with a sausage sizzle - at the trailhead if the weather is nice or at Scotts Road carpark if it’s raining (it won’t dare!).
If you’ve been in MMBC for more than a minute, the name Raewyn Knight will likely be familiar. Raewyn – along with her husband Colin – was instrumental in setting up much of what makes MMBC so special. Raewyn loved fancy dress – so feel free to dress up and join in the fun.
Currently graded an easy Grade 4, Raewyn’s Rampage is a brand-new trail designed to challenge your skills while you have a good time. If you’re a confident Grade 3 rider looking to move into Grade 4’s this is a trail for you. There are signposted "Hard" lines that you can choose to try. These are designed to provide mid- to hard-Grade 4 challenges as your riding and confidence progress.
