Some "grand openings" celebrate a beginning.
This one celebrates survival, passion, and a story that's been building for decades.
Long before Media Cavern, this location was home to CD Warehouse, a destination for music lovers across St. Louis. Cameron "Cam" Novack worked there for close to 5 years, until one day the owner simply walked away.
Rather than let that space and community disappear, Cam stepped in and built Media Cavern, driven by a love of physical media and the people who collect it.
There was no grand plan.
No sign change.
No big launch.
Just heart.
Now, in partnership with the South County Chamber, Media Cavern is celebrating its first official grand opening and the launch of The Media Cavern website (goes live August 6th) at this long overdue celebration.

Saturday, September 5, at 5p.m., for a ribbon cutting ceremony, presented by the South County Chamber, followed by a live concert featuring Cameron Novack and other musical guests.
