For decades, this building stood as a reminder of what once was. Something many in the Owosso community never expected to see restored. Now, just two years after closing on the property, that vision has come to life. Through dedication, investment, and the hard work of local contractors. Along with countless hours poured in by Kori and Josh Shook and Josh's construction crew, the space has been completely transformed.
We're proud to officially unveil the new Kori Shook & Associates office inside the newly renovated Shook Riverside Building!
