It is dedicated to the 22 Veterans who tragically take their lives each day, a heartbreaking statistic that underscores the urgent need for mental health awareness and support. The Frontline and Veteran Wellness Trail is designed to be more than just a path through nature; it is a space for reflection, healing, and honoring the sacrifices of our Veterans and Frontline Workers.
We believe this trail will provide a peaceful retreat where Veterans, Frontline Workers, and the general public can find solace and support. It’s a place where the natural beauty of Withlacoochee River Park merges with the quiet strength and resilience of those who have served on the front lines, offering a sanctuary for all who seek it.
