After eight years of movement and memories in our first home, we are stepping through a new door. Please join as we celebrate the grand opening of our new yoga home - alongside a refresh to the PALM + PINE brand! Come explore our expanded space (still in Jackson Plaza) and discover all the intentional details in service of yoga, joyful growth, and real human connection. We are committed to making yoga accessible while also sustaining the care and labor required to hold this work well. Class drop-ins are pay-what-you-can on a sliding scale of $15 - $30 with a suggested rate of $25.
There will also be a DIY flower + craft bar from Fair Winds Farm, beverages, treats, giveaways, and surprises!
7:45 - 8:30AM Yoga Strength (heated)

9 - 10AM Classic Flow (heated)
10 - 10:45AM Slow Flow
