Grand Opening - Adelante Roosevelt!

Since 1979, Adelante Healthcare is on a mission to provide high-quality healthcare to each and every person that walks through our doors. On Thursday January 29th, 2026 join us from 12pm - 2pm for the grand opening of our Roosevelt Clinic located at 3130 East Roosevelt Street, Phoenix Arizona 85008, as we celebrate our expansion of access.

We'll have a community health fair featuring our partners as well as tables for all the servies we provide here at Adelante Healthcare as well as refreshments for guests.

In addition to activities, we'll have guest speakers from the Phoenix community, a ribbon cutting, and a guided tour of our one-of-a kind clinic. Don't miss the chance to network and learn more about our community!
