Costa Vida will be hosting a benefit night Monday, November 18th from 4-9 pm where 20% of all proceeds will be donated to the Western Slope Alzheimer's Association!For DINE IN or TO GO orders, you can show them the attached flyer in any form screenshots, emails, paper,etc. and they will make sure 20% goes to the Alzheimer's Association. You can also mention that you are there for the "Benefit for the Alzheimer's Association".
