The Grand Fiestas Patrias Festival and parade is a annual event free to public. VENDORS set up time starts at 7am to 9am no late arrivals allowed. Bring your own tables,tharps and chairs. No electricity. Parade is optional No Entry Fee. YOUR PAYMENT is YOUR Reservation NO EXCEPTION. Food Vendors need to pay City Food Permit separate. Our fee is separate.
