Clear your schedule and find your spot — parade day is the highlight of the Carnival calendar! Magnificent floats, dazzling performers, and towering stilt walkers take over the Toowoomba CBD in a spectacular flower-filled procession to Queens Park. Vibrant, joyful, and completely over the top in the best possible way — this is one morning you won't forget in a hurry!
The city will be buzzing on parade day, with road closures in place across the CBD. Make sure you check the map and plan your journey in advance.
The parade is free to watch – just pick a spot along the route and wait for the celebrations to begin! Remember to bring a hat, water bottle (it can get warm in the sun), and a fold up chair if you’ll need a seat.
