Grand Bon Rien Cajun Band (Roberta Miller, Annie Trimble, Mark Tamsula, Chuck Ettensohn, Barbara Rosner) is hosting a Cajun dance as part of the Pittsburgh Dance Community's marathon dance session running all Sunday afternoon May 17, 2026 and includes different bands and dance styles.Information and additional details to follow. Your favorite Cajun band who hasn't played in PIttsburgh for some time will wrap up the day's dance scheduled events.
The dance will be held at the Avonworth dance pavilion. Please wear dance shoes or soft soled shoes as requested by the Park. Avoid cowboy boots or hard soled shoes as at Wightman School. Suggested donation: $15 cash or VENMO at entry to help defray the band's cost to rent the pavilion for the event. Beautiful dance floor, celebrate the spring and dance by members of a much loved Pittsburgh Cajun band!
