LAST ATHLETE STANDING
How long can you survive?
The GRAFT FITNESS Last Athlete Standing is a simple but brutal endurance challenge designed to test your fitness, resilience and mindset.
The format couldn’t be simpler:
• Run 400 metres. Return to the start line. Every 3 mins, the horn sounds again. If you miss a start, you’re eliminated!
Then do it again.
And again.
And again.
As the laps build up, the field gets smaller until only the strongest remain.
The last male and last female standing will each receive a prize and earn the title of GRAFT FITNESS Last Athlete Standing Champion.
£25 ENTRY INCLUDES:

ATHLETE INFORMATION
This event is suitable for runners, HYROX athletes, gym goers and anyone looking to challenge themselves.
You DO NOT need to be an elite runner to take part. The challenge is not about speed, it’s about surviving for as long as possible. Remember, everyone will be running their own race and paces.
Spaces are limited and once they’re gone, they’re gone.
This event is scheduled for 2 hours 30 mins. In the unlikely event that multiple athletes still remain by the end of that time, GRAFT FITNESS reserve the right to implement a final race format to determine a male and a female winner.
