About this Event

Grief can feel lonely, even when people around you care. You may find yourself longing for a place where you can speak honestly, remember someone you love, and be heard without being hurried.

Grace in the Grief is a small, compassionate six-week circle facilitated by Barb Brown, LPC, psychospiritual counselor and spiritual guide. Each gathering includes gentle teaching and time to share, reflect, and connect.

Together, we’ll explore the changing experience of grief, caring for ourselves, honoring our loved ones, and finding our way through everyday life and the approaching holidays.

You don’t need the right words. You’re welcome to share or simply listen. There is room for tears, silence, and moments of laughter, too.

When: Thursdays, October 15–November 19, 2026
