On Wednesday, June 18th, I was notified that The Bay City Restaurant has been sold and they cannot accommodate Gettysburg Region this year for our Christmas Banquet.After lots of calls and checking other possible locations, we feel we have been very lucky to find another venue who we believe will do a superb job for the Christmas Banquet. Unfortunately, they can only handle smaller banquet groups on Saturdays which is the day we prefer.
Therefore, our Christmas Banquet is scheduled for Thursday, December 11, 2025 at: INN 94, 4805 CARLISLE PIKE, NEW OXFORD, PA 17350.
Doors will open at 11 am - lunch to be served at 12 to 12:15 pm.
We are so pleased to have as our entertainment this year John Pepsin. He sings and plays The Great American Songbook. Music by your favorite artists including Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, John Denver, Glen Campbell, Elvis Presley and more.
I know that the new day with school being in session will affect the number of children attending. But we did plan a visit from Santa Claus for all the good boys and girls aged 1 to 101. If you bring children, please bring a wrapped gift for each of the children with their names on it and put the gift in the box by the door marked for that purpose.
Cut-out response sheet to select entrees and for sign up - insert in the newsletter. Deadline to register is November 25.
