- Both beginning and advanced tips for Lincoln-Douglas debate and different speech events
- How to prepare and write a competition-winning speech
- A crash course in philosophy, specifically ethics
- The intricacies of different criminal justice systems (in preparation for the resolution: It is just for a criminal justice system to value retribution over rehabilitation.)
- Preparing expert-level questions for cross-examination
