We've packed in as much trail as we can - a mix of sand, forest trails and cliff top climbs will give you the perfect introduction into trail running or a chance to test yourself if you have some trail running experience. Fully marked courses mean hassle free navigation, minimal kit requirements mean you don't have to worry about having the right kit to take part and very generous times mean all courses are achievable!.
