Government Innovation Showcase Federal brings together APS leaders and practitioners for a practical day exploring how AI, data, automation and digital innovation are reshaping public service delivery, productivity and decision-making.
Across four focused tracks: Digital Services, CX & AI Innovation; Technology, Data & AI Integration; AI-Enhanced Productivity; and AI Platforms & Engineering, attendees will gain insights into how agencies are modernising services, strengthening data foundations, scaling responsible AI and building the technical capability needed for a more connected and intelligent APS.
Sessions will highlight practical examples of AI adoption, digital service modernisation, technology integration, workforce productivity and trusted transformation, while examining the governance, capability and collaboration required to move from experimentation to scalable, lasting change.
