MORE INFORMATION:
Moderators Temple Lentz, Port of Vancouver Commissioner and former Clark County Councilor, and Rev. Michael Jones, Vancouver NAACP Vice President & Chair, Legal Redress + Civil Rights, will engage Governor Ferguson in a conversation around the measures Washington State is taking to address the challenges our State is facing. The Governor will also give us his best advice about how to make our own grassroots action highly effective, influential, and well-aligned with all levels of Democratic action. We will also hear from WSUV Professor Donna Sinclair on “Strategies to Oppose Authoritarianism: An Historical Perspective”.
This event is a fundraiser for the Clark County Democrats to help us stand up for authentic democracy in America. We conduct community outreach, maintain party infrastructure, help candidates succeed, and win more votes for Democrats so good leaders can win elections at all levels in 2026 and beyond.
