* An overview of common mushrooms used for food and medicinal purposes

* Steps and methods of the extraction process of mushrooms with an in-person demonstration

* Cooking with mushrooms with sample tasting

This class will be led by brandon Owen of I See Fungi.

Brandon, founder of I See Fungi, has over 7 years of experience working with gourmet and medicinal mushrooms. He has worked on commercial mushroom farms, helped set up growing operations internationally, and brings hands-on experience in cultivation, foraging, and extractions. Brandon’s passion for fungi ensures a rich and engaging learning experience.
