About Building the B.E.S.T. Community, Inc.: Building the B.E.S.T. Community, Inc. is an extension of services and programs offered at the Pass Christian DeLisle / Marsha Barbour Community Center. It was established to foster the various programming and services at the Center. The goal was to expand the programs offered at the Center, which began as the dream of visionary, former teacher and pastor, Reverend Rosemary Hayes Williams.

For almost 10 years, from 2014 to 2023, Mrs. Mary Bowser, retired teacher, community leader, and friend of Rev. Williams, worked tirelessly to lead, to maintain and to foster programs for the Community. Mrs. Bowser was a retired music teacher and choir director and she loved all things music, especially gospel. What better way to celebrate than with singing in her honor. Your support will assist Building the B.E.S.T to continue the legacy of serving the Pass Christian community.
