An accomplished musician, writer, performance artist and comedian, Jared Jekyll approaches live performance with reckless abandon, throwing caution (and their filter) to the wind. On stage their skillset seems limitless, blending music, beatboxing, rapping, magic tricks and most importantly a steady stream of witty jokes delivering a live comedy performance that is not for the faint hearted!
Jared’s comedy prowess has cemented them as a familiar face on the Australian comedy circuit and a sought after support act having recently opened for Tom Green (CAN), DJ Douggpound (USA) and Ari Shaffir (USA). In addition to supporting international comedians, Jared has opened for US hip hop superstar DMX, rapped up a storm on Triple J, featured on the comedy channel and most recently has been the face of ANZ apple pay and AMF bowling. Jared is also no stranger to the festival circuit having performed at four Melbourne International Comedy Festival’s, Perth’s Fringeworld Festival, Rottofest, Sydney Comedy Festival and Sydney Fringe Festival.
