Join us for a FREE day of strength, movement, and community at Gorilla Squad Community Health & Wellness Day.

This event is designed to bring people together through boxing, fitness, and empowerment-based training for youth, women, seniors, and veterans.

Whether you’re new to boxing or experienced, this day is about building confidence, discipline, resilience, and connection.

• Free boxing & fitness sessions throughout the day

• Structured 1-hour Empowerment Boxing classes

• Vendors & free food

• Open to the entire community

Empowerment Class Schedule

Morning Sessions

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM | Youth Empowerment Boxing (Ages 15–21)

10:00 AM – 11:00 AM | Women’s Empowerment Boxing

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Senior Wellness Boxing

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM | Veterans Empowerment Boxing

Lunch Break

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Afternoon Sessions (Repeat Classes)

2:00 PM – 3:00 PM | Youth Empowerment Boxing

3:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Women’s Empowerment Boxing
