Gord Oliver is a true working musician. Now with more than 30 years of live stage experience he has defied the odds and actually made a living doing what he loves. Playing guitar and singing in A circuit cover bands, pub duos and a Vegas style show act has given him a broad based repertoire that serves him well today. The key to keeping it fresh? Always be faithfull to the original versions of the songs you perform. They are hits for a reason.As a solo performer Gord enjoys covering artists as diverse as the greats from the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s right on up to modern hit-makers like Bruno Mars. Onstage he moves seamlessly from electric to acoustic guitars as the show unfolds to reveal an astounding grasp of the last 60 years of popular music. There is no substitute for experience.
