Labor Day hike at Goodyear Heights Metro Park. Starting early in case it's gonna get hot. The Eastwood entrance is my new favorite starting point in the park. You don't have to climb that long hill to get started on a hike.
We'll combine a few trails to go between 2.5-3 miles. It's very pretty, and shaded. We'll stop and rest as needed. There is a restroom, and dogs are OK on leash.
Ice cream at Handels afterwards. Danny Boys is closed that day, but if anyone knows of a restaurant that's open nearby, that's possible as well.
