Selection Process
Nominations are submitted through an online application process from across Grayson County, with each Grayson County Chamber of Commerce actively encouraging participation within their respective communities.
All eligible nominations are forwarded to an independent panel of judges located outside of Grayson County to ensure an impartial and blind evaluation process. Utilizing the established rubric, judges review and score each nomination.
In the event of a tie, the GLOWI Committee reserves the authority to make the final determination.
