🎶🌊Let the sound waves wash over you and transport you to a place of relaxation and peace☮️🎶If you are new to a "Sound Bath" Meditation it is a very therapeutic form of meditation because as sound waves "wash over your body", they move the brain into the more relaxed alpha & theta brainwave states.
Sound meditations are wonderful for all types of meditators but are especially good for beginners because the tones & frequencies give the mind something to hold onto. And so, the sounds of the singing bowls, instruments, etc... helps to cut through the mental chatter and quiet the mind.
Additionally, according to some traditions, these specific tones corollate with the bodies 7 Major energy centers (chakras). And therefore, these vibrations can help to bring the energetic body back into alignment and balance.
Join us as meditation teacher, Anthony Profeta, uses the sounds of Crystal Bowls, Himalayan Singing Bowls, and other instruments to wash away our stress, fill us with inner peace, and allow us the opportunity to bring healing to your body, mind & soul.
