Join us for our jolliest Good Morning of the year!Meet us at St. Michaels Church to help the Kiwanis Club of Sandy fill Christmas baskets! We start at 8:00 am and go until all of the toy baskets are assembled!
The annual Sandy Community Christmas Basket Program is sponsored by the Sandy Kiwanis Club. This will be the 71st year of this remarkably successful program. Baskets are provided to families residing within the Oregon Trail School District. Students from the OTSD raise the majority of the canned food.
Assembling the boxes is done with help from various community youth groups as well as other volunteers and Friends of Kiwanis. Each year approximately 350 baskets are pick up or delivered with the help of community volunteer and Friends of Kiwanis.
