Hosted by the Free Clinic of Powhatan, this event invites runners, walkers, and wellness seekers of all kinds to come together in support of our region’s only free, full-service health clinic. Whether you run for the cause or walk for the joy, every step is a dose of Good Medicine.

5K Run/Walk through scenic Powhatan Village (chip-timed)
1 Mile Fun Walk for all ages and fitness levels
Start and finish at the Free Clinic of Powhatan
Strollers, wheelchairs, etc. welcome!
Post-Race Celebration: Fresh Start Fair
After the race, stick around for our Fresh Start Fair—a lively, health-themed market featuring:
