Good Form Running (GFR)GFR is a process of training intended to help you run faster, more efficiently, and injury free. With a focus on proper mechanics, GFR aims to help runners and walkers of all ages and abilities achieve these goals. GFR addresses alignment and proper biomechanics, providing you ways to make adjustments to your form. Our certified instructor will share tips and guide you through drills to support work on posture, cadence, lean and footstrike.
Clinics are approximately 45-minutes in length & held at Fleet Feet Fox Valley (3404 W College, in Appleton), unless otherwise noted. Wear workout clothes (minimal running/walking, there will be drills to practice) and running shoes. Space is limited to 10 participants per session (we do require a minimum of 4 registrants to hold a clinic.)
*GRF clinics are appropriate for new and long-time runners AND walkers.
