Good Energy: The Surprising Connection Between Metabolism and Limitless Health is a book written by Dr. Casey Means and Calley Means (brother and sister). The book was released on May 14, 2024 and is available in print and audible.
The authors have been in the news a lot lately. Casey Means was a Stanford-educated surgeon. Calley was a lobbyist for pharma and the food industry. Both quit their jobs in horror when they realized how many people were being killed by the systems they participated in.
Deborah Osgood Kacprowicz has agreed to lead the interactive discussion. The location will be at the home of Kay Wais. At this time this is a one-up book club.
If you are interested in joining us, but don't know anyone yet or have never attended a book club meeting. Don't worry... we're all new to this. We'll all just try to read (or listen to) the book and will show up to share our personal thoughts on it.
