This deeply nourishing experience begins with a moment to arrive, ground, and set your intention. You’ll then be gently guided into breathwork to open and balance your energy channels, preparing you to fully receive the sound. As the gongs are played with sensitivity and care, their layered frequencies ripple through the body, inviting a meditative state and deep surrender.
Whether you're seeking rest, clarity, or emotional release, this journey offers a space to reconnect with your inner stillness and awaken the natural intelligence of your nervous system.
Come as you are. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to receive.

📍 Theosophical Society (Car park available at 172 Kilmore Street – use the back entrance, walk down the path to the courtyard, and enter through the glass door.)
