Lie back and receive the rich vibrations of the gong. This deep and dynamic journey is designed to quiet the mind and guide the nervous system into a deeply restorative state. Many people experience a sense of spaciousness, gentle emotional release, and profound stillness as layers of tension dissolve. Reset, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Max plays with deep presence, reverence and joy, and is seasoned at holding space for a wide range of emotions. This is a primarily unguided experience. No experience needed. Just come, lie down, and receive.

What to expect:

• Warm yurt (bring blanket or yoga mat)
• 5 minute gentle somatic breathwork
• 40 minute gong sound bath
• 10-15 minute quiet integration
• Optional contrast therapy (additional fee)
