Join us for a Sunday morning gong session in the historic former firehouse at Lost Planet Brewing Company. Settle in comfortably and let the deep, powerful sound help you unwind, release the week’s tension, and reset your nervous system. It’s an easy, effective way to feel calmer and clearer — no meditation experience required, just show up ready to rest.

I’ll be playing two large Paiste gongs: the grounding 38" Planet Earth Gong and the luminous 36" Symphonic Brilliance Gong.
