Gong Master Training

The gongs are not only one of the oldest instruments in the world but they are powerful tools of conciousness. The sound of the gongs can quiet our minds, bring us into a deeply relaxed state and thereby possibly open the door to our subconcious. This makes them a gateway to deep cleansing and healing of body and mind as well as messengers of the soul.

This Gong Master Training will be a perfect mix between theory and practice. We will study the history and theory behind the gongs as well as different playing techniques. Furthermore you will have lots of time to get to know these mysterious beings through direct first hand experience. Additionallly, we will practice different mindfulness techniques to help you increase your presence, as this is the main quality factor of your gong playing.
