Organized by the International Sound Therapy Institute, this global event invites us to come together with a shared intention of peace, well-being, and unity.

No experience is necessary. Simply come as you are, ready to receive.

November 22 (11/22) holds special significance within this international gathering, symbolizing unity, connection, and the power of collective intention. It's also International Music and Music Therapy Day!
Last year, Gong for All united 252 gong baths across 57 countries. This year, we're honored to bring this beautiful global experience to Longwood!

Angela ~ Be Kind You're Divine
Angela is a Sound Facilitator, Kundalini Yoga teacher, Vocal Courage Guide and Musician who creates heart-centered experiences through sound, movement, and connection.
Through her offerings, Angela invites others to reconnect with their authentic selves, embrace their voices, and experience the beauty of being fully present.
Her guiding message is simple: Be Kind to Yourself First.
Elizabeth Waskom ~ Share the Shimmer
Elizabeth is a Gongui who focuses the energy of the gong to create sound journeys resulting in deep relaxation and meditative state.
She is an avid meditator, a member of the MindShift community and a student of the ancient masters of wisdom.
We transform the world by transforming ourselves: gong bath can be a direct path to inner change. Let's shimmer together.

Yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for your comfort (the studio does mats, blankets and comfy bolsters available)
Eye covering, if desired
Water
An open heart and a willingness to receive
We encourage you to create a cozy resting space so you can fully relax into the sound journey.
