PLEASE NOTE: This event has moved venue from Providero to Llanrhos Old School, just outside Llandudno.
Steph Healy brings her beautiful Gongs, singing bowls, chimes and ocean drum to Llanrhos once a month on a Sunday.
Having been a practitioner for over 10 years, Steph is well known in North Wales as being the expert on all things Sound, so you will be in very safe hands for this sound journey experience!
When you come to a sound bath, all you have you do is lie down and make yourself comfortable, close your eyes and rest.
Bring enough cushions and blankets that you will be comfortable to lie down for an hour. We do not have equipment stored at this venue.
WARNING:
A gong bath isn't appropriate in the first trimester of pregnancy, if you've just had surgery or suffer with epilepsy. Please get in touch with Kate or Steph if you currently have any medical conditions or metal work in your body (such as pins, screws, plates etc). This will help Steph to run the session accordingly.
Tickets are
£22.00 per person
£40.00 to come with a Friend including herbal teas and sweet snacks.
