Let’s gather together to enter into the sacred space of the final New Moon of the year, just before Winter Solstice, and plant the golden seeds of intention for the coming season.
For yogis, this is one of the most potent times of the year to align ourselves with the rhythm of nature and invite a deeper harmony and balance into our being. At Winter Solstice the Earth is at its farthest point from the sun. The sun “standing still” is a powerful metaphor for the energy available to us to cultivate inner awareness, stillness and presence before a new cycle of expansion and growth begins again.
*Experience a gentle Kundalini practice to move, breathe and activate the dormant energy to release what no longer serves and prepare your body, mind and spirit for renewal.
*Practice a multi-sensory meditation using the “Panj Shabad” (five seed sounds) for total purification, transformation and synchronization of the Self.
*Enjoy a restorative gong bath to leave you feeling calm, clear and connected to the radiant source within you.
