The Body
Experience sound through every cell in your body, allow your body to relax and rest deeply and ‘bathe’ in the vibrational power of the gongs, drums and bowls. Sound waves naturally heal the body and the mind, by resonating with the molecular structure of our bodies.
The Mind
There is no goal to attain, nothing to achieve, just atendency for thought patterns to slow down and dissolve away.
The Heart
The heart can feel open as the body relaxes, bringing a natural release of tension. For some, this brings a sense of relief.

Please note
We have some mats available to use, but please do bring your own yoga mat, cushion and blanket if you have them.
This event is hosted in the Ballroom, upstairs at the Minories. Access is via a staircase, with no lift available at present.
