What to expect 🎵

We gather again under one of my favorite hidden spots in the city for our third outdoor sound bath. Lie beneath the trees as the deep vibrations of the gong move through you, inviting rest, recalibration, and a return to yourself.

After the sound bath, we close with something tender: a love letter to yourself. Bring your journal, we'll reflect together and write to the person who showed up today. I may have some baked goods for us!

No walls. No ceiling. Just you, the sound, and the living world around you.

As a gift, every participant will receive Calmveda incense to take home — a little piece of the experience to carry with you.
