� GONG BATH SOUND JOURNEY � Saturday, 23rd November, 7-8:30pm
This evening will be unlike anything you’ve experienced! Book now for an intimate, deeply restorative 60 min sound healing journey with the very talented musician Nick Hyder.
You’ll be invited to lie down and soak up the healing vibrations of large Paiste Planet gongs (+ other various sound healing instruments), which work to settle the nervous system by allowing your body and brain to relax into an alpha-dominant or theta-dominant brainwave state.
And Gong Baths have a long history! Gongs have been used as a form of healing since antiquity, with recorded use of gongs dating back as early as ancient Egyptian, Greek, and Roman times.
